FOX 3F SUB

The water tight CSA SUB system has been designed for the air flow conveyance through a threaded exhaust elbow, mainly used for locations exposed to the risk of flooding and whenever the spray effect during closures and possible leakage through the air valve can’t be tolerated. The regulation device SUB is also available as a separate component applicable to any existing CSA air valves except for the EO and IO series. User is advised that, when using SUB model, the air capacity is likely be reduced, compared to the standard version is going to be assembled on, due to the increased head losses. The resulting air flow charts are listed in the technical data sheet.

LYNX 3F SUB

Saturno AS

The CSA Mod. Saturno AS is a complete assembly including the CSA anti-water hammer single chamber double function air valve and the main stand pipe along with built in shut-off system to contain it and make it suitable for buried underground installation, without the need of any chambers and sectioning devices therefore reducing installation costs. Saturno AS releases air pockets from pressurized pipelines, admits large volume of air in the event of pipe draining/burst, to prevent vacuum and negative pressure conditions, and allows the controlled air discharge to avoid water hammer events. Maintenance can be carried out from the top even when the system is under pressure, thanks to the built in isolating device, and a drain on the bottom of the pipe will prevent accumulation of water during operation.

Saturno RFP

The CSA Mod.   • Certification and testing according to EN 1074.

The CSA air valve Mod. FOX 3F-HR, installed on a vertical riser of a high-rise building or near pumps, will prevent water hammer allowing the release of air pockets during working conditions, the entrance of large volumes of air during draining operations and pipeline bursts and the air discharge with controlled speed.
